We do not charge for delivery in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area and can offer standard connection of washing machines and dishwashers for only £14.95. We also offer a full gas and electric fitting service for freestanding and built-in appliances on a like for like basis.

Deliveries to all other counties is charged at £10.00. 

Delivery can only be made to a mainland Great Britain address.

Generally where an order contains more that one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available

You will be contacted by telephone and email to confirm your delivery date, once a delivery date has been agreed you must be present on this date to take delivery.  If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery please contact our customer service department as soon as possible other wise we reserve the right to levy a charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.

We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expensed caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home.  Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them.  You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages.  If you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged and have noted this on the delivery document it is then your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for shortages or 48 hours for damages, from delivery.  We will not accept responsibility for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by yourself and no note has been made.  A replacement item would normally take as long to deliver as a new order.

Delivery will only be made to the address as stated in your original order and they will not be left without a signature

Title of the product will pass to you once you have received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment.

You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and up to 7 working days after the day of delivery of the goods.  Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection.  This collection will be at your expense. Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.  A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves.  Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT REGUALTION 2006

In compliance with the waste electrical and electronic equipment regulation we offer to recycle any existing appliances free of charge in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area.

If you are outside this area in accordance with WEEE's distance selling policy you may physically return or send the existing appliance to us to be recycled, customers wishing to do so will pay for any cost incurred in doing so. Customers should return their old items to us within 28 days after the sale.

Even if your old product doesn’t have the ‘crossed out wheeled bin’ symbol, the good news is we’ll gladly accept and recycle your old electrical and electronic equipment to the best of our ability.
